Budapest apartments are located on the first floor of a beautiful, World Heritage-listed building built in 1871; it is one of the most beautiful creations of architect Imre Steindl, also famous for Budapest's Neo-Gothic Parliament building.

The apartments, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, were recently renovated and are tastefully equipped with Italian-style furniture. They include fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms, bed linens, towels, cable television, and LAN or free wireless internet access.
We take reservations for both short-term and long-term stays.

The Budapest apartments are owned and operated by De Maio Ltd. and CD Propertys Ltd., a cross-border, Budapest-based corporations dealing primarily with expatriate services and real estate consultancy.

We started out with just a few apartments in Budapest which we placed at the disposal of our key clients.

Increasing demand led us to expand the apartments, which we have refurbished according to the tastes of our foreign clientele for a long term rental Budapest, including Italian-style furnishings and restored hardwood floors.
