Information for Apartment in Budapest

We will provide for renters of Budapest apartments with invaluable information on how to get around in the city, which is especially important if this is your first visit to Hungary.

This will help you find your way around the city and its attractions, and enable you to locate the apartment easily.

If you would like to use your cellphone in Hungary, make sure that the roaming setting is switched on. To dial our number, first press +36 or 0036, then the phone number (ex. 703841885). There are three mobile service providers in Hungary (T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telenor). Choose the correct one for your network, or allow your devide to connect automatically.

Please leave the room before noon, so that our staff may clean it in time for the next guest.

You may check in from 3pm to 11pm. Please be sure to arrive during the given hours, otherwise we will not be able to receive you.

It is possible in certain circumstances, but it must be prearranged with our staff. Confirmation is required in every case.

Unfortunately we do not have a storage space for luggage. Luggage must be stored in the apartment.

What currencies do you accept? When do I have to pay?

You must pay upront for the entirety of your stay upon arrival. We recommend that you pay in cash, since we must charge a 15 EUR handling fee for credit cards. You may also choose to pay in HUF, in which case we calculate the conversion according to the Hungarian National Bank’s current currency rate.

Two of our apartments that overlook the street have a small balcony.

Our street facing apartments overlook the old city’s main streets, and also provide a narrow view of Clark Adam Square and the Chain Bridge.

The apartments facing the inner courtyard are very quiet. The street facing ones can be somewhat noisy during the day, since we have a central location on the Buda side of the city (0km mark, tunnel, Chain Bridge) where the everyday city life takes place. If you feel bothered by the daily noises of a big city, please request a set of earplugs from one of our associates.

Yes, every apartment comes with one towel and handtowel per person. If you are here for a longer stay, we will replace the towels  and bedsheets every fourth day.

There are many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, where you may have breakfast for about the cost of 5 EUR. Our associates will provide you with recommendations upon your arrival.

Yes, please  contact one of our colleagues, and they will call a taxi for you from one of our partners. Please always provide the exact time of your arrival and your flight number. Confirmation from our colleagues is necessary for the booking.
